ONLINE REGISTRATION

To register online (credit card payment required), go to  http://www.conf.purdue.edu/supsat16s.  Registration will not open until December 1, 2015. 

 Please note the following:

1. Registration will open on December 1, 2015.

2. Log onto the system with the child's name.  This is extremely important! You will be prompted later to enter the parent/guardian name in the payment information section.

3. Choose a class according to the child's current grade level.

If there is a supply fee connected to the class you choose, it will be automatically added to your total.

DEADLINE

The deadline has been extended to Monday, January 25, 2016.

To avoid a late fee, all materials must be faxed or postmarked by 5 p.m. on Friday, January 08 2016. All applications must be postmarked or faxed by 5 p.m. on January 15. No applications will be accepted after January 15. After January 08, a $30 late fee is required.

PAYMENT AND REFUND INFORMATION

Checks should be made payable to Purdue University.  Tuition may also be charged to Discover, VISA, American Express or MasterCard.

You will receive a confirmation notice after all application materials are received.  If you do not receive notice at least three days prior to the first class, please call our office to check class assignment and location.  If any classes are canceled due to insufficient enrollment, students will be contacted and may switch to another class or receive a full refund.  Purdue is not responsible for costs due to cancellation.
