Purdue Undergraduate Education Majors

Undergraduate education majors of junior or senior standing may enroll in the first three GCT certificate and licensure courses and either apply the credits to their undergraduate degree or reserve them as graduate credit. The final capstone course, EDPS 69500 Practicum in Gifted Education, must be taken as a practicing, in-service teacher. So while undergraduate education majors can begin the program coursework, they must apply to the program and complete the final program requirements after graduation.

While all of the GCT certificate and licensure courses are offered online, it is highly recommended that undergraduate education majors take the on-campus offerings of the courses, when offered. EDPS 54000 is currently offered on campus each spring semester.
